One thing I have NOT been able to do and that you must do in order to use this script is to:
GOTO YOUR APOPHYSIS DIRECTORY AND CREATE A NEW DIRECTORY WITHIN IT CALLED RENDERINGS
this is the one thing I was not able to figure out how to do within the script if you know how to create a new directory without getting an error from windows please let me know and I will add it to the script.
**UPDATE**
You can now control the number of frames you want to render at, and the render file format.

You can create a directory using CreateDir('Directory to create').
Also you can save your settings by using a string list, have a look here for an example.....
